The project centred around transforming the existing property into a larger, modern home through the addition of front and rear double storey extensions and a full renovation. We delivered this through a complete rebuild approach, upgrading the structure, integrating energy-efficient systems, and finishing the property with high-quality, bespoke interiors and contemporary external finishes.
The home was fully upgraded with a complete rewire and the installation of a modern heating system, including underfloor heating throughout and a new air source heat pump with cylinder. These improvements ensure energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term performance across the property.
High Quality Interior Finishes & Bespoke Features
High-quality finishes were installed throughout, including a herringbone engineered oak floor, bespoke oak and softwood staircase, and full wall and floor tiling with mitred edges in bathrooms and ensuites. A bespoke kitchen and utility area were also designed and installed, creating a practical yet stylish living environment.
